Being on entrepreneur isn’t easy as some people think if it was, we would have a high number of job opportunities. The day you make up your mind to start a business that is the day your name will be written in “the book of world changers”, we will face many obstacles throughout our life and careers. Overcoming the fear of failure hold many of us back. As with any challenge it is helpful to know what to expect so you are more equipped to handle what it thrown your way. Entrepreneurs are faced with lots of problem such as:

  1. Cash flow management
  2. Decision making
  3. Building your team
  4. Financing
  5. Unwilling to change habits
  6. Never thinking outside the box
  7. Lack of self confidence
  8. Uncertainty
  9. Time management

It is good to know that challenges are your best business partners so, don’t see challenges as the personal affront, see it as a stepping stone to your promotions.

To overcome this obstacle certain measures are to be put in place.

1.Have a good team

We all want to have the best of the best out there on the front lines. As companies shift and change so do people’s goals any ambotions. Take the time to build yourself a solid team, when choosing the members of your team be sure to balance the cost any benefits, be extra careful about their characters and personalities.

2.Have Confidence

Make tenacity your friend, believe in you, if you don’t believe in yourself nobody will, believe that there is nothing you can’t achieve.

Stand out.

3. Move with positive thinkers

Thoughts are pictures or images of the mind with constructive or destructive meaning. They are machines of the mind that can either grow or destroy your business. Re-frame your thoughts by moving with positive thinkers, reading inspirational and motivational books. If you are surrounded with positive minded people you will focus more on achieving your dreams even when the going seems though.

4.Have a mentor

While it is good to follow your vision and take pride in the successes of your creation it is also important to stay humble while on a winding journey full of endless opportunities for growth. There will always be unanswerable questions and difficult situations to get through so it’s important to have someone to lean on when going gets tough. Seek the advice of other proffesionals in your arena.

5. Think Big

The universe does not support small dreams, make your dreams big so that the universe can be a part of it. Write your dreams and put them on the wall (a visible area) and meditate on it, soon enough you’d be a grand success.

6.Work Smart and not Hard

Hardwork they say pays but working smartly pays better. If you think that working hard is the secret to becoming a successful entrepreneur, you’re wrong. If it was, why are Carpenters and Bricklayers not the richest people in the world today?

Obstacles don’t have to be business breakers in your life. Anything is possible, when things get tough, it can be hard to stay in the game. Don’t run from problems, whoever you are and whatever you are doing as an entrepreneur makes you a “solution provider”.
