Kickstart (called Hero Kickstart in the South and Trophy Kickstart in the West), is aimed at creating a culture of entrepreneurship in young people by: enhancing participants’ business awareness and skills through training.

The Kickstart initiative also provides grants as start-up capital for new businesses or to support expansion of existing businesses while also providing post investment support through coaching and mentoring.
